Younger Children may need the help of an adult, please expect to attend  as well if bringing a child under the age of 10. Students only need to purchase an additional seat if they intend on making their own flowers in addition to helping a younger student.

In this class students will use small pieces of clay which is rolled into slabs to form petals, then adding these petals together to a base. Petals can be pointy, rounded, thin or squat much like real flowers each piece will be unique! Students are able to make as many flowers as they would like with up to 2lbs of clay. 

The Glaze date for this class is April 11th, if this date does not work for you please reach out to the email listed below. This project will be ready for pickup 1-2 weeks from the Glazing session of the class.

There are so many ways to decorate a desk... but everyone always needs a friend to keep them company whether for homework, studying, or fun.  Let your imagination run wild and create your very on animal-based deskmate. Any project created during the class will be done on a pinch pot base (an upside down cup made of clay!) though when done with their project they will then get to paint the creatures that were made using a special paint know as glaze. The pieces will later be clear-coated to give the pieces a unique ceramic shine.

This project will be ready for pickup approximately 2 weeks from the date of the class.

Time: 5:00pm-7:00pm

Ages: 16+ (Young Teen and Adult) 

In this class students will use a pinch pot to create the base shape before forming the face and adding on the wings and tail. there are mutule ways that students may make the wings and tail. since the owl is a pinch pot, there is space to hide something under them... the one pictured hides a smaller owl, what will your owl hide under their feathers?

Ages: 6+ (Children, Young Teen, and Adult alike) 

In this class students will use pinch pot techniques to form a thick cup shape allowing the planter to be durable. A hold will be punched in the bottom to allow water drainage during use, and a small platter/plate can be made to match the cup. Students can use up to 3lbs to create their pots, and if they want, matching catch dishes.

Any planters made will be dipped into one of the available studio glazes by your instructor to make them food safe. There are colors to choose from which will be shown to students for them to pick from. Projects will be avalible for pick up 3-4 weeks after the class date due to firing and glazing times.

Ages: 16+ (Young Teen and Adult) 

In this class students will use 2 slabs of clay to build a cup, before refining the lip of the cup and decorating the form. Students may also add a handle if they wish, or keep the cup plain. Students may use up to 2lbs of clay during the class to create multiple cups.

Any cups made will be dipped into one of the available studio glazes by your instructor to make them food safe. There are colors to choose from which will be shown to students for them to pick from. Projects will be avalible for pick up 3-4 weeks after the class date due to firing and glazing times.

This class is Beginner Friendly!

This will be the last run of the dinosaur class! It is now or never before these fossils return to their slumber. These dinos will be approximately 3" in their main body not including their tail.  Any dino can be made though a carnivous dino is recommended due to them having similar body shapes which are achievable in clay. 

The Glaze date for this class is May 16th, if this date does not work for you for any reason please send an email to the address below, and a different date will be discussed with you.
