The Mansfield Art center is proud to welcome Yani Sheng to our community of instructor. Yani is a dynamic and fun instructor with a beautiful artistry record. 

Roll up your sleeves and join Yani's fun, paper making workshop.  You will learn how to make paper by using recycled newpapers or paper bags. While the pieces of paper are still wet you may embellish them with dried flowers, dried leaves, and colored strings. The creation of your book can be enhanced with the addition of a handmade bookmark.

The first day of this class is for the paper making process, Yani will assist you through the steps of using the screens and paper pulp to lay out new pages. While the second day of the class is for learning how to bind these new page together into a book.

 This can be a new and exciting way to recycle your paper either for yourself, or even for friends who might need a new place to draw! You are sure to have fun in this class, as Yani works hard to make it easy and entertaining.
