An entry level class on vitreous enameling techniques.

That is applying finely ground glass enamel onto metal using a kiln to heat fire the piece.

Unleaded Thompson enamels will be used.  In this class a copper leaf will be the final completed piece. There will be a variety of color choices available to choose from.

We will be using both transparent and opaque enamels for this project. We will be completing 1 leaf but doing a test run on the color choices with a smaller piece of copper before completing the final leaf project.
